Our goal has always been "Great Customers & Great Knowledge With No BS."   Unlike pool technicians (who aren't qualified to touch heaters) we only use qualified & licensed tradespeople for our work.  Our knowledge of gas heaters goes back to the 1990s and beyond. 

Factory-Trained, ex-Employees of the major manufacturers: Astralpool, Hurlcon, Raypak, Pentair, etc. Our goal from the beginning has always been to be the leading experts for all brands of gas pool & spa heaters. And we want to keep our customers for life!

We carry over 90% of the spare parts needed on-board so can generally repair heaters on the first visit. Prices aren't hidden and we charge very fairly.   

About Glenn:

Originally a gas technician for Gas & Fuel, Glenn then went on to the early days of Hurlcon & Hendy, which became Astralpool and now has merged with Zodiac under the Fluidra name.  He was the head gas tech for Fluidra - Hurlcon / Astralpool / Zodiac / Hendy.  Glenn also worked for Brivis and can repair or replace anything gas-related from pool heaters, to central heating, and water heaters.

Glenn is known for his straightforward, no-nonsense approach. He knows what he's doing, and has a great, kind personality.
